Student nominations for the 2026 Awards for outstanding achievement in vocational education and training (VET) are open.

Schools are encouraged to nominate Year 12 students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) VET Certificate II or higher for a 2026 VET Award. VET Exhibitions and Certificates of Excellence may be awarded for each of the nine industry areas, with the top student in each industry area eligible to be selected as the winner of the Beazley Medal: VET.

Nominations for the 2026 Awards for outstanding achievement in VET close at 4.30 pm on Monday, 31 August 2026.

Note: no late applications will be accepted.
